A visit to the GP today

Post by SecretBipolar »

Greetings

Despite if I may seem calm over text, I am spiralling downwards quickly to a deep dark pit, and an unstable; real messy one. I am honestly wondering if I should be back in a mental health bed to help me. But I've come so far.

I'm a combination of high and low, full of ideas but cant be bothered. Finding it hard to listen to somebody as I find it offensive.

I am seeing a GP later this morning - I have kindly asked to see a female GP as I find it easier and less intimidating to talk to.

I will keep you posted.

I am safe.
Very best regards,
SecretBipolar

Greetings

Looks like my GP is intervening with the CMHRS. Not sure if I can wait, so considering following my plan and go to A&E as the next step.

I am safe, but unstable.

Thank you for those that are reading this post.
Very best regards,

Greetings

I managed to see my care coordinator today - he is helping me with medication. He believe I need something to get me through this bad batch so is it looks like I am going on Clonazepam

Apologies if I am absent for a couple of days - I just need to get over this hurdle.
Very best regards,
