An attachment for our GP cheat sheet

Post by SecretBipolar »

Greetings

I have attached a file to make the most out of your GP appointment. A lot of us often struggle to navigate and communicate in our appointments in relation to mental health. I hope the attached you find of use.

Hi

This is almost perfect timing. I posted in BPD forum I was convinced I had BPD and I did not know how to get diagnosed so I could have the right treatment.

This must be a good starting place, right?

Yeah brilliant tool, thank you - you could even use this for any visit to the GP  , I guess it doesn't have to be mental health :!: :!: :!:
