Greetings

The goal of occupational therapy is one that aims to improve your ability to do everyday tasks.

It is targetted towards anybody that help doing this things such as those with mental health problems, physical disabilities etc.

Example tasks, would include things such as cooking, dressing etc... - anything that targets an individual to be more independent.

If you live in the UK you can speak to your GP about a referral or possibly check in with your local council. :!:

If I said occupational therapy in one of my other posts, I apologies - I meant to say it was creative therapy (i.e. activities such as painting drawing etc...). For me, creative therapy is doing this.

Thanks
Very best regards,

Thank you that really helps.....I don't think I'll qualify for the occupational therapy....but its good to know creative therapy is actually a thing and that it could help. I used to enjoy photography..... if I'm expressing how I feel it will likely be miserable though! xxx
