[Seeking Help] Just joined
Just joined the forum can see its new so hoping to build some friends. I took the plundge to create an account. I am currently suffering from trauma but I am not diagnosed with PTSD. I'm not so much bothered about the diagnosis just more about treating symptoms. Does anybody else have PTSD here?
